After every mass shooting, Americans take to social media to post their concerns and vent their frustrations. Few write letters, which 96% of government officials say is the most effective way to influence change.
We teamed up with Manuel Oliver, founder of Change the Ref, to help Americans turn their social posts into handwritten letters for Congress. But not in just any handwriting. In the handwriting of his son Joaquin, who lost his life at the Parkland school shooting.
